Cynthia Mullen is an Of Counsel attorney with the firm Thoits Law. Her practice encompasses all forms of civil and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on contract disputes, land use and real estate matters, and trusts and estates litigation. Cynthia practices regularly in federal and state courts throughout California and is excited to establish a local practice in Santa Barbara as well.

Prior to moving to Santa Barbara, Cynthia practiced complex commercial litigation in the Los Angeles office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher for eight years and also clerked for the Hon. Philip S. Gutierrez in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California during the 2014-2015 term. Cynthia graduated summa cum laude from the University of Notre Dame and earned her law degree from UCLA School of Law, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif. She is also a member of the Phi Beta Kappa academic honor society.

Cynthia lives in Bel Air Knolls with her husband and two young kids, and she enjoys running, golf, and getting outside with her family.
