Stephanie Gonzalez joined the SBWL Board in 2025.

She currently practices employment litigation at Mullen & Henzell L.L.P’s Labor & Employment group.

Stephanie advises and represents employers on a broad range of employment law matters.

Prior to joining Mullen & Henzell, Stephanie was a Gleichman Law Fellow in the Office of General Counsel at the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) in Washington D.C. She also worked at California Rural Legal Assistance (CRLA) as a Staff Attorney, providing free legal services to California’s low-income residents.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys surfing, pilates, having picnics, and spending time with her friends and family in town.

Stephanie is bilingual in English and Spanish.
