The Santa Barbara Women Lawyers hosted a wonderful Awards Ceremony and Reception at Wine Cask, where we recognized this year's most remarkable champions of gender equality, leadership, and professional excellence in the Santa Barbara legal community.

Congratulations to Lisa Franklin, honoree of the Deborah Talmage Attorney of the Year Award, to Trusted Legal, honoree of the Female Friendly Law Firm Award, and to the Santa Barbara Office of County Counsel, honoree of the Family Friendly Law Firm Award.

Special thanks to Diana Pugh Lytel for her leadership in 2023 as the SBWL President. This year was a success in so many ways thanks to Diana!

Finally, the group welcomed incoming 2024 SBWL President Natalie Mutz.

We all look forward to another year of networking, community building, mentorship and educational opportunities, and celebration of the women in the legal profession and beyond!

It is an honor to be among such a phenomenal group of women.
