The SBWL Mentoring Circles are a wonderful way for SBWL members to build meaningful relationships with one other. Our small groups of lawyers in varying stages of their legal careers are a confidential setting for sharing tips and advice on work and life, opening up about career challenges, triumphs, and trivialities, collaborating for positive change, and more. Placement in a mentoring group is subject to conflict checks to promote candor and confidence. Meetings are generally held monthly at a time and place convenience for the group members.
