Victoria Diffenderfer is an attorney at Fauver, Large, Archbald & Spray, LLP, where she focuses her practice on general civil litigation, including employment matters, personal injury, and land use disputes. She brings a broad and diverse legal background to her work, having developed experience in complex legal matters even before entering law school.

Victoria began her legal career at a Workers’ Compensation firm, advocating for injured workers to ensure they received the full benefits afforded under the law. During law school, she shifted her focus to family law, where she facilitated amicable dissolutions when possible, represented survivors of domestic violence, and assisted in the division of high-asset estates. Victoria draws on her multifaceted background to deliver thoughtful, strategic representation across a wide range of civil matters in her current role.

A Huntington Beach native, Victoria has called Santa Barbara home since 2019, where she lives with her family and two beloved dogs. Outside the office, she enjoys scuba diving, traveling, and exploring California’s stunning coastline.
